How motivation helps management to grow?

Join hands can make organisation but same vision of all can make growing organisation

There are different Peoples are working in the organisation. Every people have their own thoughts and beliefs. So on the basis of people’s, motivation can be positive or can be negative.

Here, positive motivation in the sense of organisation to draw the people towards company’s goal. Every company/organisation have 2 types of goals (Vision) : Long term and Short term. In which long-term goal is for a longer period of time like more than 1 years,Where short-term goal is for less than a year.

Companies are making plan accordingly long-term vision. It acts like “Think globally, Act locally”. Companies are making daily plan to achieve long-term goals and its called Mission. Mission means to perform activity to wards long-term strategy. Mission contains, how company can perform, which type of strategy can be helpful to achieve the goals, what is important or not.

A mission is different from a vision in that the former is the cause and the latter is the effect; a mission is something to be accomplished whereas a vision is something to be pursued for that accomplishment.

Here, we are focusing on motivation. Where it stands? Motivation is the factors which impact to the employee directly. Motivation require at each and every level of the organisation. We can also say that it can be a part of the Mission.

Remember only one thing in life that one positive energy can bring huge success in the organisation.

You do not have to gauge your employee, you have to engage your employee. Your intent will improve your Content. Focus on roots, fruits will automatically come good.

The effect of the “word” is more on the people. How you speak the words, how you react, which type of situations, type of people, nature of the person and atmosphere around you are the major outcome of your result. Basically it was depend on each other.

So many people have habit to talk while working. But some point of view, its worthless. It can decreases quality of your work and also productivity will lose. It might also happen that due to unnecessary talk, someone will get wrong energy or direction of their work.
